The following pictures have been realized for the editorial project of my bachelor thesis.

The subject, a girl in a bath tub full of starch, is portrayed trying to arise ambiguous and surreal  feelings typical of the Arno Schmidt literature. The tale "Seelandshaft mit Pocahontas" is set in a lake-landscape, for this reason the elements of water and naked bodies are strongly present. 

In the pictures the girl is never clearly shown, in order to let the reader imagine the missing parts of the body and the real lineaments of the face.

The photos are organized from the more static to the more blurred once and vice versa.
